DESCRIPTION:Announcing another summer session of\nMoving With Mocean in Halifax’s North End! \nOPEN TO ALL LEVELS and is an in-person evet. \nEngage your body-mind connection this summer\, with movement classes led by Mocean Dance! Designed for inclusivity and aimed to create a sense of community in a creative atmosphere\, this open dance class is truly for everyone; all ages\, all levels. \nWe will lead a gentle warm-up designed to engage your physical senses and activate your weight flow through a playful approach to movement.
