DESCRIPTION:Announcing another summer session of\nMoving With Mocean in Halifax’s North End! \nOPEN TO ALL LEVELS and is an in-person evet. \nEngage your body-mind connection this summer\, with movement classes led by Mocean Dance! Designed for inclusivity and aimed to create a sense of community in a creative atmosphere\, this open dance class is truly for everyone; all ages\, all levels. \nWe will lead a gentle warm-up designed to engage your physical senses and activate your weight flow through a playful approach to movement. DESCRIPTION:The third annual East Coast Feis (ECF) will take place Oct. 3rd and 4th\, 2026. CLRG grade exams will also be held during the day on Oct. 2nd\, 2026. The ECF will be held in the famous Annapolis Valley during its fruitful harvest season and will consist of two full-syllabus feiseanna. Central Kings High School is our spacious venue in Cambridge\, Nova Scotia\, Canada. The East Coast ‘double’ Feis is run in partnership with Tir na nÓg Irish Dance Studios. \nWhile you’re here\, check out the glorious autumnal views and activities. Harvest season brings in plenty.
