NOVA STARS is a new, beginner-friendly dance festival happening on June 1, 2025, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. It offers an inclusive and supportive stage for dancers of all levels and styles—especially welcoming first-time performers and young beginners.
HIGHLIGHTS
Non-competitive format: all entries receive gold, silver, or bronze recognition
Open to all styles, ages, and skill levels
Affordable entry fees ($25–$40)
Solo, duo/trio, and group performances accepted
Run by experienced Ukrainian dance professionals now based in Halifax
This is great opportunity for new dancers to shine in a low-pressure, community-driven event.
