Consent and Release

I, the undersigned, am the parent/legal guardian of the above-named minor. I hereby grant permission for my child to participate as a guest on the above-named podcast ("Podcast").

I understand and agree to the following:

Recording and Use

• The Podcast may record my child's voice, likeness, name, and statements.
• These recordings may be edited, reproduced, distributed, and publicly shared in whole or in part, without restriction, in any media format (audio, video, print, digital, etc.).

 Rights Granted

• I grant the Producer and its affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute my child's recorded appearance and related materials worldwide, for any lawful purpose related to the Podcast.
• I understand that my child will not receive financial compensation for this appearance.

Waiver and Release

I release and hold harmless the Producer, its agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of my child's participation in the Podcast.
