Motion

That the Board of Directors of Dance Nova Scotia accept, with regret, the resignation of Hadear Marzoque from the Board of Directors, effective May 3, 2026, and extend its sincere appreciation for their contributions and commitment to the organization.

2: 2026/2027 Budget Approval | First Reading

Please refer to the attached budget for the 2026/2027 Dance Nova Scotia operating year as presented at the May 3, 2026 Board of Directors Meeting.

Motion

That the Board of Directors of Dance Nova Scotia receive and accept the proposed 2026/2027 draft operating budget for first reading, as presented at the May 3rd, 2026 Boiard of Directors meeting, and attached here, and table it for further consideration and final approval at the Dance Nova Scotia Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 16th at 5:30pm.
