Dance Nova Scotia Celebrates 50 Years of Dance Excellence in Nova Scotia with Year-Long Anniversary Festivities

 

Halifax, NS — October 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of Dance Nova Scotia, and we are thrilled to announce a year-long celebration of dance, culture, and community. Since its founding in 1975, Dance Nova Scotia has been a pillar of the arts community, fostering the growth of dance across the province and uniting dancers from all backgrounds.

 

Throughout the next year, Dance Nova Scotia will showcase the diversity and vitality of dance across all genres, abilities, age groups, traditions, and cultures with a variety of projects that will engage our provincial community.
