Halifax Contra Dance – May 30th

The dance is a beginner-friendly community dance that’s welcoming to everyone! With super awesome live east-coast tunes by top-notch Halifax musicians. Non-gendered and welcoming to all. While you don’t need to bring a partner, you will be dancing with many individuals throughout the night.

Doors open at 7, beginner orientation at 7:15.
At 7:30 The dancing starts with our special guest caller from Toronto!
Dances start easy and get progressively more difficult.
The last few dances of the evening from 9:30 onwards are the most difficult.
